Blue Fig
The iconic Chambar cocktail. An artistic oxymoron. Civilized debauchery in liquid form.

A house infusion of black mission fig and Botanist gin, lifted with fresh lemon, a whisper of orange bitters, and a long, dry pour of Cava. Served up, rimmed in salt, garnished with a single fig leaf — the drink that put the Chambar bar program on the map two decades ago and still leads the order pad most nights.
The Blue Fig is what we mean when we say civilized debauchery: it looks like a Sunday morning at the museum and drinks like a Friday night you tell stories about for years. Order one at the bar, ask the bartender how it gets its colour, and prepare to lose an hour.
