Wildfell Hall
Elegant, floral, refined — reminiscent of a Victorian garden in the spring.

Named for the Brontë novel, the Wildfell Hall is built on a base of London dry gin softened with elderflower, lemon and a dash of crème de violette, shaken hard and double-strained into a coupe. A single edible viola floats on top. It is the drink we recommend to anyone who tells us they don't normally order cocktails — and the drink they then order again.
Floral without being perfumed; refined without being precious. The cocktail that talks back to the bartender.
